==EclipsePool General Rules==

1...In EP, a player can play the same player 10 league games a day(tourney games are not included). EP does not allow or recognize "Best of 3" or "Best of 5" matches. League games are to be played and then reported by loser after each game is played. No reporting of games not played.

2... You must move the cue ball before you break. If you do not move the cue ball your opponent can ask for the game to be restarted. This request must be done before the player making the request shoots, otherwise the game will be played without a restart.
There is a Yahoo glitch that gives ball in hand when both a stripe and solid ball are sunk on the break. If this occurs the player getting "ball in hand" must play the ball where it lies - the cue ball cannot be moved.

3... In case of yahoo glitches, unless 2 players can settle themselves, TD always goes by yahoo profile.

4... All games played in OBC are assumed to be EP League games unless the two players agree that they are playing a non-EP game beforehand.

5... You must report ALL EP league game losses immediately after the match. All matches must be reported before playing another EP game or Tourney. If player forgets and leaves, please allow them 12 hours to report, before filing unreported match(see main page link). The penalties for unreported matches are as follows:
1st offense: Warning. Everyone forgets sometimes, we understand that.
2nd offense:Runging to approximately 1/2 the ladder, plus 1 day in the penalty box.
3rd offense: Runging again plus 3 days in the penalty box. You are responsible to check your email frequently for any unreported match notices from admins. After 1 day from the notice, if no reply received, the game will be posted according to yahoo profile.

6... No cheating, no swearing, no arguing with admins and TDs. Take any dispute to a private table or contact any admin or TDs available, no quarrelling in lobby.

7... In case of disconnection during EP games, if it is apparent that you are about to lose that game, you should be sportsmanlike and report the loss to your opponent. Otherwise, a rematch would be preferred.

8... Players are allowed to play a max of 1 other game while playing in tournaments. All games must be played in OBC only, not other rooms. Watching other players at finals table is encouraged but NO coaching or excessive chat is allowed.

9...Using an aimer or cheat program is not allowed in the League. If it is proven that you are using an aimer you will be banned from the league. Accusing someone of using an aimer without proof will get you placed in the penalty box. Anyone who wishes to complain about someone who accused them of using an aimer must be able to show the accusation with a screen shot. We will not just take anyone's word for this. Falsely accusing someone will also get you put in the penalty box.

10... Any active member who is using or who changes to a "provie" id, must remove the provisional status, before playing in any tournament. Actual new members with "provie" status will be allowed. Regular league games may be played, no matter what status your id is in. Please do your best to cooperate with this ruling, as voted on by the EP membership. Any exceptions or special circumstances must be approved by admin, prior to playing in tournaments.

11...IMPORTANT: We allow people in the same household to be members, but anyone with the same IP address or using the same computer must email the Head Admin and let him/her know. Not alerting us about this will cause your IDs to be considered multiples and they will be deleted from the league. Anyone with the same IP address or using the same computer may not play each other in any league games or tournaments. Doing so will cause your game to be flagged as a cheat and cause you to be deleted from the league.
